In early 2024, JBrennon was approached by a Chattanooga-based couple to lead the design-build process for what was envisioned as a landmark event space: the Enchanted Hills Wedding Venue, located in Cleveland, TN. This project began with high hopes and moved successfully through the as-built documentation and space planning phases.

Unfortunately, unforeseen site conditions—outside the control of both JBrennon and the client—halted the project prior to full design development and construction. While the venue never broke ground, this collaboration showcases JBrennon’s proven ability to gather Owner requirements, translate those into practical and beautiful architectural concepts, and deliver actionable plans within budget through a transparent, iterative process.
