In 2023, Tire Discounters once again trusted JBrennon with a direct-award renovation project. The existing Captain Kleen oil-change facility required major upgrades to meet code compliance for tire storage. JBrennon reconfigured the space by demolishing a portion of the facility and installing two rooftop smoke evacuation units.

The scope for the Tire Discounters Auto Garage Remodel, included oil pit removal, concrete pourback, new interior lighting, fresh paint on walls and ceilings, and reskimming of the exterior stucco. Key exterior updates featured a repainted metal roof, signature Tire Discounters red branding stripe, updated signage, and a refreshed dumpster enclosure with custom metal gates.

JBrennon prioritized job site safety, traffic flow, and staff protection during the remodel. The project was completed on time and within budget, showcasing JBrennon’s commitment to quality and efficiency in commercial auto garage renovations.
