A typical tenant renovation and restaurant conversion project, this job required construction demolition and build-out per BurgerIm plan and design. Like many remodels, this job required a tremendous amount of demolition due to the existing Nail Salon space consisting of 15 separate rooms and over 1800 sf of walls, ceilings, and fixtures. JBrennon provided turn-key installation of all wall construction and finishes, HVAC ductwork and unit installation, plumbing underground sanitary and CW/HW lines, exterior 1500-gallon grease interceptor installation, roof patching, Captive-Aire kitchen hood, grease duct, and equipment installation, ceramic tile installation, custom ceiling clouds over check out, trim, customized millwork and countertops, and white glove restaurant equipment and furniture set out. If your firm or restaurant group would like to work with JBrennon on similar build-outs or build-to-suits, please complete our Project Evaluation Form and we will reply with next steps!
