Across 10 assignments at seven Georgia locations, JBrennon delivered automotive facility renovations ranging from occupied-store refreshes and showroom upgrades to HVAC, concrete, pavement, and exterior envelope repairs. The program shows how consistent field coordination can adapt to different sites without treating every need as a standalone capital project.

The Chattanooga City Hall Annex renovation modernized occupied third- and fourth-floor spaces while the building remained operational. JBrennon delivered new interiors, windows, masonry and envelope repairs, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, interior finish, and life-safety upgrades while adapting each installation to the building's irregular dimensions.

JBrennon completed a Georgia parking deck structural repair across an active multilevel structure. The work included extensive crack sealing, approximately 181 square feet of concrete spall restoration, approximately 200 linear feet of joint replacement, structural reinforcement, pressure washing, and protective coatings.

JBrennon expanded the Fort Oglethorpe municipal maintenance facility with a new 40-by-80-foot garage, three offices, and repairs across existing buildings. The project combined difficult soil stabilization, utility coordination, and phased construction around active city operations.

JBrennon delivered 10 Bubbakoo’s Burritos restaurant build-outs across Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Georgia. The multi-location restaurant construction program combined repeatable brand standards with location-specific demolition, MEP, kitchen ventilation, life-safety, and finish solutions.

JBrennon completed the Lookout Mountain Visitor Center Renovation while the historic facility remained open to the public. The project delivered rehabilitated restrooms and vestibules, new plumbing, HVAC, lighting, structural reinforcement, and environmental controls that protect the building’s artwork and finishes.
